All Day Intensive Program
In the United States, eating disorders impact millions of people and often times an inpatient or a residential facility is not the first course of treatment for someone with an eating disorder. As a result, A New Journey is pleased to announce the opening of a revolutionary new All Day Intensive Eating Disorder Treatment Program for males and females. Our new program, running 11 hours a day Monday through Saturday, provides clients with:
- A secure, structured environment
- Individualized care
- Comprehensive nutritional support
- Specialized groups
All programming is designed to help break destructive eating patterns and arrest compensatory behaviors in a non-inpatient or residential setting. The All Day Intensive Eating Disorder Treatment Program is a sister program to Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders and is based on individualized treatment models that vary according to both the severity of the disorder and the patient’s individual problems, needs, and strengths. Facilitated by experienced, multidisciplinary eating disorder clinicians, this program is suitable as an entry point for treatment for those who need help in arresting compensatory behaviors, for those who are stepping down from an inpatient or residential facility or for those who require more structure than what a standard partial day program provides. Transitional living is available at Journey Home if additional support is needed during the course of treatment.
