Intensive Outpatient Program
A New Journey’s primary focus is to ensure emotional and physical well-being from destructive eating, self-destructive behaviors and negative thinking. Intensive Treatment Programming is available each evening, Monday through Thursday and Friday day. Each evening program consists of a four-hour combination of specialized groups, nutritional meal planning, supervised evening meals, meal processing and educational presentations designed to support the recovery process. Frequency of attendance will be determined on admission and based on the clients individual needs.

- Gentle and Mindful Eating Process Groups
- Experiential Therapies including Psychodrama, Art and Movement Therapies
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Skill Building and Relapse Prevention Groups
- Guided Imagery
- Multi-family Therapy Groups
- Individual therapy available
