Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining a smooth running office environment while maintaining good communication skills and a positive attitude.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, computer savvy and able to think independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer phones, displaying good communication skills; providing information; and referring calls to appropriate persons or departments.
-Order and monitor office/administrative supplies.
-Prepare clinical notes for client files using Microsoft Office programs.
-Pick up mail from mail box, deliver mail to Post Office, drop off movies, and make bank deposits on a daily basis, as needed.
-Shred all papers containing patient information.
-Respond to any professional or potential patient requests for information.
-File on a daily basis.
-Work with intake coordinator to help coordinate client arrivals and departures.
-Utilizes supervisory feedback to improve performance.
-Participates as a team player in company milieu (i.e. an active member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, works harmoniously with other staff, participates in training activities).
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least one (1) year professional experience in related field.
Must have personal/reliable transportation to be used throughout working shift.
Must have good driving history.
Resident Assistant
Resident Assistant -Duties include:
• Supervising the client milieu
• Providing transportation for clients in company vehicle
• Grocery shopping with clients
• Preparing rooms for and signing in new admits
• Collaborating with the Transitional Living Supervisor
• Crisis management
• Able to work overnight shifts (sleeping) and/or weekends
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of or experience working with eating disorders and addiction
• Ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries
• Ability to take initiative
• Understanding of crisis management
